The name Zephlet was born after we spent way too much time trying to make field service software sound cool without sounding like it was invented by a committee wearing Patagonia vests.
We wanted something light, fast, and simple like a breeze. That led us to Zephyr, which means a soft, gentle wind. But “Zephyr” sounded a little too elegant for an app that also has to deal with clogged drains, broken compressors, missing parts, bad installs, and customers asking, “Are you sure it’s not just the button?”
So we made it smaller, friendlier, and less dramatic.
Zephlet.
Like a little zephyr. A tiny breeze of organization in the middle of the chaos.
Because running a service business can feel like standing inside a tornado made of invoices, schedules, customer texts, parts orders, and that one job from three weeks ago where nobody knows who promised what.
Zephlet is here to calm all that down. Not with corporate nonsense. Not with 47 tabs. Not with a “platform ecosystem solution.”
Just a simple, powerful tool that helps service pros stay organized, get paid, and look professional even when the day is absolutely unhinged.
