Subscriptions
Pay for what you use, cancel when you want.
No annual contracts. No multi-year lock-in. No surprise auto-renewals you forgot you signed up for. Zephlet is month-to-month — the way it should be.
A quick note before the fine print
Thanks for trusting Zephlet to run a piece of your business. We want you to feel good about every dollar you spend with us, so we've kept billing as simple as we know how: one monthly charge for the plan you're on, no annual commitments, and a cancel button you can actually find.
Month-to-month, always
Every Zephlet plan is billed monthly. We don't sell annual plans, multi-year contracts, or "lock-in" pricing — we'd rather earn your business each month than trap you in a calendar event you forgot you signed.
- You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
Cancel anytime — no friction, no retention team
If Zephlet isn't working for your shop, cancel from your account settings. There's no phone tree, no "are you sure?" loop, no last-minute offer designed to make you stay. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again.
Change your mind during that window? Just turn the subscription back on — we keep your data exactly where you left it for 30 days after cancellation.
No prorated refunds
Because plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time, we don't issue prorated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it doesn't refund the current one.
When we do refund
Some situations call for a refund, and we'll always make those right:
- Billing errors — duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or being billed for a plan you didn't choose. Send the details via the support form and we'll sort it out.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
What happens to your data after you cancel
We hold onto your account data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind or want an export. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems. Backups roll off on their own shortly after.
Want it deleted sooner? Ask via the support page and we'll do it on request.
Price changes
If we change the price of a plan you're on, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You can keep paying the current price through the end of your billing cycle, then either continue at the new price or cancel — no penalty either way.
How we handle your card
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. Your card number is entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and never touches our servers — we see only the last four digits, the card brand, and your subscription state. See the security page for more on how this works.
Free trial
New accounts start on a free trial — no credit card required. You can use Zephlet for the full trial without ever entering a payment method. We'll prompt you to add a card before the trial ends. If you don't, the account simply pauses; you can still log in and export your data, but the app stops accepting new jobs until you subscribe.
Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars and don't include sales tax, VAT, or any other tax your jurisdiction requires. Stripe calculates and adds applicable tax at checkout where it's legally required of us.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you think we billed you incorrectly, please reach out through the support page first — almost every billing question gets answered the same day. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended until the dispute is resolved with your card issuer.
When we'd cancel your account
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an account for abuse, fraud, illegal use, or repeated non-payment after multiple failed billing attempts. If we cancel for non-payment, we'll always give you a chance to update your card first — we won't pull the rug out from under you.
Changes to this page
If we change anything about how billing works — pricing, cancellation, refund eligibility, retention — we'll update the date at the top of this page and email active subscribers if the change materially affects them.
