Privacy
We don't track marketing visitors.
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no behavioral profiling on this site. The Zephlet app collects what it needs to run your business — the plain-English details are below.
The short version
We don't track people who are just browsing our marketing site.
No Google Analytics. No third-party advertising pixels. No session replay. No behavioral profiling. No selling your data.
If you are only visiting zephlet.com to learn about Zephlet, the only information we receive from you is what you choose to send us through a support or contact form.
The Zephlet app is different. If you create an account, sign in, manage jobs, upload customer information, schedule visits, create invoices, collect payments, or use team features, we need to collect and process certain information to provide the service.
This Privacy Policy explains both:
- How privacy works on the public Zephlet marketing site; and
- How privacy works inside the Zephlet field-service app.
What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- zephlet.com, our public marketing website;
- login.zephlet.com, our login and authentication service;
- The Zephlet web app and any related subdomains;
- Any Zephlet mobile or desktop app we may offer;
- Support, contact, billing, account, and service-related communications; and
- Any features, tools, or services we provide through Zephlet.
In this policy, we may refer to these together as the "Service."
Zephlet is built for field-service businesses. That means our customers may use Zephlet to manage their own customers, jobs, visits, invoices, payments, employees, technicians, notes, photos, files, and other business records.
Who uses Zephlet
For clarity:
Account Owners are businesses or individuals who create and manage a Zephlet account.
Team Members are employees, technicians, contractors, dispatchers, managers, or other users invited into an Account Owner's Zephlet workspace.
End Customers are the customers, homeowners, property managers, tenants, businesses, or other people whose information is entered into Zephlet by an Account Owner or Team Member.
If you are an End Customer of a business that uses Zephlet, the business you hired controls the information they enter into Zephlet about you. Zephlet processes that information to provide the Service to that business.
What we collect on the public website
If you are just visiting zephlet.com, we keep things simple.
We do not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, session replay, behavioral tracking, or ad cookies on the public marketing site.
The main information we collect is what you choose to send us through a support or contact form, which may include:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- The category or topic you selected;
- Your message;
- Any files or screenshots you attach; and
- Any other information you choose to include.
That message may be forwarded to our internal team communication tools so a real person can read it and respond.
We do not sell, rent, or share public website visitor data for advertising.

When you sign in to Zephlet, we use cookies or similar secure session technologies to keep you logged in, protect your account, and make the app work.
These may be used to:

If you submit a form, your browser may receive a standard session cookie used only to make the form work.
If you are signed in to the Zephlet app, session cookies may identify you across Zephlet subdomains so the Service can recognize your account and show the correct workspace.
Inside the app, cookies and similar technologies may be used for security, authentication, preferences, and core functionality.
Server logs
Our servers may automatically collect limited technical logs when you visit the website or use the app.
These logs may include:

Public website logs are not used to create behavioral advertising profiles.
Photos, files, and attachments
The Zephlet app may allow Account Owners and Team Members to upload photos, documents, screenshots, receipts, estimates, invoices, job files, or other attachments.
These files may be visible to:
- The Account Owner;
- Authorized Team Members;
- Zephlet support or technical staff when needed to provide support;
- Service providers we use to operate Zephlet; and
- End Customers, if the Account Owner or Team Member chooses to share them.
Do not upload files you do not have permission to use.
Location data
If Zephlet offers mobile features that request device location, we will ask for permission where required.
Location data may be used for features such as:
- Technician dispatch;
- Visit tracking;
- Route or arrival support;
- Time tracking;
- Security and fraud prevention; or
- Other field-service features.
If location features are enabled, location data may be visible to the Account Owner and authorized managers or administrators in that workspace.
You can usually disable location access through your device settings, but some app features may not work properly without it.
Team access and permissions
Account Owners control who they invite into their Zephlet workspace.
Depending on permissions, Team Members may be able to view, create, edit, export, or delete business records, customer records, jobs, invoices, notes, photos, and other workspace information.
Account Owners are responsible for managing their team access and permissions.
AI features
Zephlet may offer AI-powered features, such as drafting notes, summarizing job details, organizing service information, helping with customer messages, or assisting with workflow automation.
If you use AI features, the information you provide to those features may be processed to generate the requested output, improve reliability, maintain security, and provide the feature.
We do not use private workspace data for advertising.
If we use third-party AI service providers to power certain features, those providers may process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
You should not enter sensitive personal information into AI features unless it is necessary for the service task you are performing and you have the right to use that information.
