The short version: we don't track you.

No analytics. No third-party trackers. No advertising pixels. The only data we have about you is whatever you choose to type into the support form — and that's it.

What this policy covers

This page is about zephlet.com — the marketing site you're reading right now. It does not cover the Zephlet field-service app itself (the product you sign in to from your shop). That product has its own privacy terms, which you'll see when you create an account.

If you're just here to learn about Zephlet, the short version is: this site doesn't track you.

What we collect

Only what you give us on purpose. Right now, that's the support form. When you send one in, we receive whatever you typed into it: your name (if you filled it in), your email (so we can write back), the category you picked, your message, and any files you attached.

That message is forwarded to the team's internal communication channel so a real human can read it and reply. We don't store support tickets in a separate customer database, and we don't run them through an automated pipeline.

What we don't collect

  • No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, no session replay, no "AI summarization" of your visit.
  • No advertising cookies. We don't sell ads on this site.
  • No behavioral profiling. We don't track which pages you read or how long you spent reading them.
  • We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. Ever.

Cookies

If you're not logged in, we don't set any cookies for tracking. Your browser may receive a standard session cookie if you submit the support form (used purely to make the form work — it expires when you close the tab).

If you're signed in to the Zephlet app at login.zephlet.com, a session cookie identifies you across our subdomains so the site can show your name in the corner. That cookie is set by the login service, not by this site, and it's only readable by Zephlet.

Server logs

Our web server keeps short-lived request logs (the page you asked for, your IP address, the time, your browser's user-agent) for the sole purpose of debugging errors and blocking abuse. These logs aren't joined to any profile of you, aren't shared with anyone, and roll off on their own.

Third parties we touch

To keep the site lean and honest, here are the outside services your browser actually talks to when you load a page:

  • login.zephlet.com — our own login service, asked once per page load to check if you're signed in. Returns nothing if you aren't.

That's the whole list — fonts and styles all come from this domain, so no third-party CDN sees your visit.

California residents

We don't track, profile, sell, or share data. The protections California's privacy laws (CPRA included) describe are already how this site works by default.

Changes to this page

If we change anything that actually affects what we collect or what we do with it, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't quietly broaden the policy to cover something new without saying so.

Questions?
